  1. Signup online at www.atoneplace.com as a builder
  2. Create your profile by providing as much information about your company, as you can. NRI’s have an increased appetite for information and correctness matters.
  3. Preview & Publish your micro site. Make sure you upload your logos, pictures etc.
  4. From your dashboard, choose “List another Project” and provide as much information as you can on your project. Information like distance from School, Fire station, floor plans, pictures etc help in knowing more about your project.
  5. Select the options for you listing
  6. Send your payment to ONE PLACE INFOTECH PVT LTD, H 189, Sector 63, Noida, UP, India
  7. Once the dues are collected, our system would publish your project to the world.
  8. When a customer wants to buy your property, he would call our marketing offices, realtors or direct sales team, and we would work to help you make the sale.
  9. You are all set !

Realtors®, have their trust network that uses them for any Real Estate purchase. atoneplace.com™ agent network is only accessible to Developers/Builders who have been accepted into our Privilege Club.
  If you wish to be a Privilege Club^* Member, following is a high level process:  
  1. Signup online or contact us at builderenquiry@atoneplace.com with your intention to market your properties.
  2. Go to quick tips (left hand side on your dashboard) link, call us or drop us an email at builderenquiry@atoneplace.com
  3. Our office would connect with you and start the processing after the Privilege Club fees is paid.
  4. We do our diligence on your reputation, projects delivered, your commitment to serve NRI’s etc, and once that diligence process is over, we set you up as a Privilege Club Developer.
  5. When a privilege Club Developer lists his project, an early announcement is sent to the thousands of Agents worldwide, for them to analyze and proactively be prepared to market your properties.
  6. You are all set to sell with thousands of brokers/Realtors. You keep building, our agents and team continue to Sell.
