Becoming an atOnePlace™ Agent

1. Signup online at www.atoneplace.com as an agent or contact us at agentenquiry@atoneplace.com with your intention to market Indian properties.
2. atOnePlace™ would send you an Agent Application Kit, which can also be downloaded from our website
3. Complete and sign the application and send it back to our USA office.
4. On confirmation, a unique Agent Identification Number [AIN], is generated for you to manage Agent console and correspondence.

The Selling Process

1. Stay informed about the new opportunities using the Agent Dashboard at www.atoneplace.com or with the project announcements that get sent to agents from time to time.
2. For any questions about the project, contact us by sending an email to agentenquiry@atoneplace.com or by calling us at 925-905-6171
3. Once you’ve prospected the lead, leverage your atOnePlace’s account executive to support that deal. For any documentation requirement, electronic forms can be downloaded from our website
4. Send the filled in application to our office in USA or India. To minimize time delays in the transaction, we support all form of electronic communication. Every lead generate by you is attached to your AIN
5. atOnePlace™ office in India provides you with back office support to service your client well.
6. At the close of the escrow, your lead would secure you a broker co-operation that will be sent to you in your local currency by atOnePlace.com. The amount of Agent Co-Operation is announced alongwith the project announcement flyer and is also available through your console.
